IT Consulting Rates:  Non-Contract

  • Computer Services – $ 75 / hr (Includes Remote Administration of Computers/Servers)
  • 1-2 hour emergency/priority service – $95 / hr
  • Trip charge – $25 per trip (Waived for service contracts and block rates)
  • Troubleshooting/diagnostic fee – $25 per computer (Waived if service performed same day or next available time/date)

*Minimum charge of one hour on all on-site services, 30-minute increments after 1st hour.

Phone Support:

  • Phone Support – $40 / 30 min.

(Includes walk-throughs & general questions/advice)

Other Information:

  • For block pricing all time must be used within one year of purchase
  • No trip charge added for block rates or monthly contracts
  • Client must pay for shipping/handling if required
  • Hardware & software costs are not included in service rates, and advance payment may be required

Payment Policies:

  • Non-contract services – Fees invoiced on a weekly basis
  • Contract services – Monthly fees due on 28th of each month. Overtime due upon invoice Net date
